Children's Day Message By Rohan Surana (General Secretary Computer Graphics Club)

“Children are like buds in a garden and should be carefully and lovingly nurtured, as they are the future of nation and the citizens of tomorrow.”
                                                                         -         Jawaharlal Nehru

Children’s Day was first proclaimed by the World Conference for the well-being of children in 1925 and then established universally in 1954. Children’s day, in Hindi known as ‘Bal Divas’, in India falls on November 14th every year on Chacha Nehru's birthday. It is celebrated as a day of fun and frolic, a celebration of childhood, children and Nehruji's love for them.
Nehru Ji was fond of roses and children.  All over the country, various cultural and social organizations, institutions and even corporate sectors conduct various programmes for children.  Indian schools have a ton of cultural programmes for the day, with the students managing it all.  Therefore, Children's Day is special. It is a day set aside to remember Pandit Nehru and his love for children.

Children's Day Greetings...

The Computer Graphics Club of Rukmani Birla Modern High School wishes all the kids a very happy Children's Day.

Childhood is the most innocent time of our lives, it's when we believe in Santa Claus and Tooth fairies. It's when a small candy is the best reward. And it's when bleeding knees cause the worst pains.

Its always said that childhood doesn't  last forever but I believe memories are the timeless treasures of the heart. I hope all the children enjoy, because it's their day today.

Along with this I would also like to wish Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru a joyous Birthday.
Moreover, I would also like to request the privileged children to spread smiles to the unfortunate ones, who don't have enough resources.
